Eyebrow Wax

Includes shaping, waxing and trimming.

WAX ONLY:

• Stop the use of retinols (tretinoin, Differin, Retin-A, etc) and exfoliating acids (ex glycolic, lactic, mandelic, salicylic, etc) no less than 72hrs prior to wax service 

• Avoid tweezing/waxing between appointments to let brow hairs grow in fully

• Avoid wearing makeup to your brow wax appt

• Do not come to any wax appt with sunburn in the area to be waxed

• Avoid extreme heat, swimming, sunbathing, and exercise for 24hrs after wax

• Accutane patients need to be off of the medication for a minimum of 6 months before waxing is allowed

• Spray tanning should be done 24+ hours after your wax as it can remove self tanner

• Anyone with unwanted hair in their brow area is a candidate for waxing services

BROW LAMINATE + TINT

• Avoid getting the area wet for at least 24hrs post service to lessen chances of deactivating the lamination and premature fading of your tint

• As with waxing, avoid extreme heat, sun, exercise, etc for at least 24hrs post service

• Excessive sun exposure will fade your tint faster

• Clients with oily skin can expect their tints to fade faster than those with normal-dry skin

• No heavy creams, oil or makeup remover should be used on laminated and tinted brows

• Avoid sleeping on your side as it can alter the shape of the lamination and kink hairs

• Avoid getting a brow service within a few days of fresh Botox, fillers, etc 

• Use nourishing brow oil daily and brush hairs into desired shape to prolong the lamination results

• Clients looking for fuller, thicker looking brows or want to tame unruly hairs are a good candidate for brow lamination 

• ***Clients with very thin, sparse brows may be better suited for brow staining or semi-permanent brows such as microblading, micro shading or powder brows
