We’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our cozy, results-focused studio. This in-person role includes performing facials, acne treatments, dermaplaning, waxing, brow services, and more—always following V’s Skin Studio protocols for safety, sanitation, and client care. The ideal candidate is licensed in Wisconsin, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about skin health and continued learning.

We’re hiring a Part-Time Aesthetic Studio Assistant (15 hrs/week) to help keep V’s Skin Studio running smoothly. This in-person role blends digital and hands-on tasks, including supply management, social media scheduling, admin tracking, client scheduling, light cleaning, and lobby upkeep. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable supporting a growing, improvement-focused environment. Guest care experience is a plus.

Q: What does the Studio Assistant role involve?
A: Think of this role as the heartbeat of V’s Skin Studio—you’ll help keep everything running smoothly so our estheticians can focus fully on their clients. Responsibilities include managing and organizing supplies, greeting and checking in clients, assisting with light cleaning and laundry, and jumping in wherever support is needed. We’re looking for someone who can dedicate about 15 hours per week to the studio, is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
Q: Do I need experience to apply to be an esthetician?
A: We welcome both new and seasoned estheticians! While having experience is always a plus, it’s not required—what matters most is your passion for esthetics, your willingness to learn, and your dedication to building your skills and clientele.

We ask that all team members are mindful of the clients who come to V’s Skin Studio, honor those relationships, and approach any career changes with professionalism and integrity.
Q: Is this an employee or independent contractor position?
A: This is a W-2 employee position—you are part of the V’s Skin Studio team, not an independent contractor. Estheticians are paid on a commission basis for services and retail sales, and hourly for required training. Being an employee means we can provide a more consistent, supportive work environment with clear protocols, regular feedback, and the resources you need to succeed without the added responsibilities of running your own business.
Q: What services will I perform as a Licensed Esthetician at V’s?
A: You’ll provide customized facials, waxing, and brow/lash services, deliver thorough consultations, and create an exceptional client experience. You’ll also maintain a clean treatment space, complete client notes, and stay committed to learning new techniques. Dedication to your esthetics career—through skill-building and client care—is a must.

A: We hold monthly 1:1 meetings to check in, celebrate wins, answer questions, and troubleshoot challenges—so you always feel supported, valued, and heard. These meetings are also a chance to align on your career goals and keep your dedication to growth moving forward.
Q: What days and hours are currently needed?
A: We currently have the most need for Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, with potential for additional availability in the near future. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that supports your goals while also meeting the needs of V’s Skin Studio. Consistent dedication to your schedule helps you grow your clientele faster.
