For liability and safety reasons, please refrain from bringing children to your appointment unless they are the scheduled client. The treatment room contains cleaning chemicals, chemical peels, machines, and hot wax, which could pose risks. Additionally, the presence of children may impede the ability to perform the service effectively. It is important to maintain a safe environment, and any distractions can affect the quality of care provided. The room also requires adequate space for movement, and a stroller may restrict this.

A credit card on file is required during booking. Your card will not be charged unless you late cancel or “no-show”

Please arrive on time for your appointment and no more than 15 minutes early unless otherwise instructed. When you arrive, you are welcome to sit in the lobby. However, if the door is locked, it indicates that your practitioner is still in a service. In this case, please text (920) 460-9636 to inform them that you have arrived and are waiting in your car. If you find yourself waiting for more than 15 minutes, please email valerie@vskinstudio.com.
If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled and charged accordingly. -
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes made within this 24-hour window will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that promotional-priced appointments cannot be rescheduled outside of their promotional period; doing so will result in forfeiture of the promotional rate.
Appointment changes can only be made online through your confirmation or reminder notifications. Within the 24-hour window, changes cannot be made online, and you must text (920) 460-9636 directly.

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice via call or text to (920) 460-9636 will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled services. Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid, and any existing appointments will be canceled after three days if the invoice remains unpaid. If you miss an appointment from a package, it will be forfeited.
I understand that life can be hectic, and unexpected events happen. This cancellation policy is in place to ensure the best possible service for all clients. With limited availability, this policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which take valuable time slots from other guests and loyal clients.
