Please do not bring your child/children to your appointment, unless they are the client to be seen, for liability purposes (and for my ability to effectively perform my job). There are cleaning chemicals, chemical peels, machines, and hot wax in my treatment room. If you are in a service then I feel like I need to keep an eye on your child for safety reasons, and this prevents me from effectively performing my job. There are times during a service where I need to move around the table; if there is a stroller in my room this prevents me from moving where I need to. I rent from a center where there are other businesses next to my rooms who require silence. text goes here

A credit card on file is required during booking. Your card will not be charged unless you late cancel or “no-show”

Please arrive on time to your appointment; you may arrive no more than 10 minutes early, unless directed otherwise. If you are running a few minutes late, please text (920) 460-9636 to let me know. Check into your appointment by texting (920) 460-9636 upon arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and charged accordingly.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment changes within that 24-hour time frame will be charged 25% of the scheduled service change. You may not reschedule a promotional-priced appointment outside of its promotional period; if you do you forfeit that promotional price. Changes to your appointment can only be done online via your confirmation/reminder notifications - you will not be able to make changes within that 24-hour window; if you need to late cancel or reschedule, you must call/text me directly at (920) 460-9636. If your call is not answered you must leave a voicemail with your full name, appointment date and time.  Emailing valerie@vskinstudio.com will not be an acceptable form of cancelling/rescheduling.

Not showing up to your scheduled appointment without calling or texting (920) 460-9636 prior to your appointment will be charged 75% of the services scheduled; you will not be able to schedule any future appointments until your balance has been paid, and any future appointments will be cancelled after three days if your invoice has not been paid.If you miss an appointment from a package, it will be forfeited.

I understand that life gets hectic, and things come up. I’ve instilled this cancellation policy to provide the best-possible service for my clients. With limited availability, this Appointment Etiquette Policy  deters last-minute cancellations and no-shows that take up time slots for new guests and loyal clients. If you have any questions, please reach out.
