FAQ’S

  • No need to remove any makeup, I’ll perform a thorough cleanse before your treatment.

    Stop using retinol/tretinoin, abrasive scrubs or exfoliants, chemical peels, and refrain from direct sun exposure or aggressive winds 7-days before your appointment.

  • During every facial treatment I will perform a skin analysis— this will help me determine your skin’s health, where you are at with your goals, and how we can achieve further results.

  • Each treatment is different and the aftercare for each will be discussed after every appointment, but my two main advice after any skin treatment is to protect your skin from the sun’s warm rays (or dry winter weather) and to follow your prescribed at-home skincare regimen.

    I will always prescribe home care products after your treatment. All recommended products can be purchased in office or ordered online at V’s Skin Studio’s Online Store. This is to ensure you are using products at home that compliment the treatment you received, as well as to continue those benefits.

    There is zero or very little downtime with any active treatments (peels or enzyme peels) at V’s Skin Studio. You will have very minimal or no peeling after your treatment, unless stated otherwise, however you may notice some flakiness or redness after your appointment depending on your treatment plan.

TREATMENTS

Classic Treatment

This tailored facial begins with an oil cleanse to dissolve makeup, debris, and excess oils. Next, a glycolic cleanse under steam enhances cellular turnover and clears pores. We’ll select an enzyme specific to your skin’s needs, which will be processed under steam. If necessary, extractions are performed, followed by High Frequency to reduce inflammation and promote healing. A soothing sheet mask is then applied, accompanied by a relaxing ice globe massage. The treatment concludes with a hydrating lip treatment and SPF application.

Signature Treatment

This treatment combines the best of V’s Classic and Luxe treatments, enhanced with dermaplaning! It begins with an oil cleanse, followed by a glycolic cleanse under a blanket of steam. Dermaplaning is then performed to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair. After this physical exfoliation, a thin layer of enzymes is applied under steam to soften impactions and smooth fine lines. If necessary, extractions are performed, followed by High Frequency. A sheet mask is applied, accompanied by a soothing ice globe massage or sonophoresis. Next, a jelly mask is layered on to enhance the absorption of key ingredients. As the jelly mask sets, enjoy a relaxing neck and shoulder massage with collagen cream. This signature treatment concludes with a hydrating lip treatment and SPF application.

AfterGlow Treatment

Unleash your inner goddess with our luxurious Afterglow Treatment, designed to elevate your natural radiance. This indulgent facial begins with a double cleanse to purify your skin, followed by dermaplaning to gently exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, leaving your skin silky smooth. Next, our brightening zesty enzyme, packed with potent ingredients, works to illuminate your complexion and even out skin tone. Based on your skin’s needs, the treatment continues with either a traditional massage paired with a warming honey mask to nourish and soothe, or a high-frequency massage to deeply hydrate and promote circulation. The treatment concludes with an oxygen infusion enriched with peptides and brightening extracts, promoting a healthy, luminous glow. Fauxtox Treatment

Tighten, lift, and firm your skin with this advanced treatment that combines peptides, antioxidants, and dermal regeneration science for an instantly smoother complexion. The treatment begins with an enzyme application to boost blood circulation and enhance firming benefits. The Kollaren peptide is then introduced to increase skin resiliency and elasticity by strengthening dermal tissue. A rosy, warm sensation during this step is normal. Next, enjoy a rejuvenating gua sha massage with collagen cream to stimulate facial muscles. A firming peptide mask is then applied, creating a tightening sensation as it works. While the mask firms, a soothing neck and shoulder massage will be performed. The treatment concludes with nano infusion, a hydrating lip treatment, and SPF application.
